XX TEENS TAKEOVER ARTROCKER.COM

+ + + EDITORIAL + + +

A couple of weeks ago Artrocker asked us to edit their website for them. A few hundred years ago Kublai Khan asked Marco Polo to explore his empire for him. Kublai sat on his throne in Mongolia and ordered Marco to come back with loads of great stories. Marco just wanted to go home to Italy but Kublai was the ruler of the world so he couldn’t. It’s just the same.

Marco went to all the different parts of the world and came back and tried to tell Kublai what he saw. In the end Kublai got bored and said, -what about if I just describe things and you tell me if they exist? It worked much better.

So now, this week, and for one week only, XX Teens are going to go and find loads of things to tell Artrocker about until they go back to doing it themselves. We haven’t had many ideas yet but here’s just a few of the things we probably won’t do:

Dr. Jorgen Raa, Rock Doctor –Raa solves all of your emotional, physical, psychological and sexual problems with his pioneering doctor rock therapy.

The Old XX Teens? –Champion Jesse James look-a-like William Morrow hunts down Lou Reed, John Cale and the rest to ask if the comparisons go any deeper than sunglasses.

Mumble in the Jungle –Rich Cash meets copycat upstart Mark E Smith for the final word in pronunciation.

Hip! Hip! Hip-Hopera! – Anthony Silvester continues his popular campaign to get R Kelly back in the director’s chair for at least another 200 chapters.
