August sees the long awaited return of theUFO club, having built up a strong following through impromptu freakouts and underground happenings over the past 12 months the UFO sets its sights on North London. On Thursday evening of August 7th, the UFO brings its audio and visual assault to Dingwalls on Camden Lock. the club will play host to three of the most talked about bands of the moment, plus a whole host of DJs from across the county playing alongside a visual assault of strobe, oil and film projections.

Headlining the event are Chrome Hoof, in a rare central London performance.  The avant-doom disco ten-piece perform with full stage show cloaked in wizard robes, joined by actors and a ten foot robotic ram! All this takes place against a visual backdrop supplied by the UFO’s own sensual laboratory.  Support comes from Brighton heavy prog rockers, Diagonal, and London’s Trash Metal overlords, Invasion.  The evening also features DJ sets from benUFO, Ben Swank Formerly of detroit blues rock trio, the Soledad Brothers, a set by Kruton A chrome hoof side project pionerering a soundclash somewhere between electronica and doom! pluys a special guest set from Kristian Kinevil of Newcastle’s infamous Jukebox. DJs play Psych Doom Disco Acid House & Electronica Until 3am.
