No Future

To all of those who jumped for joy, and a little bit of shock when they heard that Future Of The Left might be supporting Biffy Clyro on their UK tour later on this year, Falco of ‘the Left’ has quashed this rumour characteristically on the band’s Myspace blog.

Biffy Clyro stuck this on a bulletin:

If the latest offering from the Biffy camp wasn’t enough to get you incredibly excited about the forthcoming UK & Ireland Autumn tour, then the news that two of the hottest bands around will be joining them on their upcoming jaunt definitely will.

The band will be joined by Manchester Orchestra and Future of the Left at all dates of the tour in October and November. For the full list of shows and ticket availability head to biffyclyro.com.”

Which was quickly countered with:

touring update
people -

this is re - the biffy clyro support dates we’re apparently doing in late october - these have not been confirmed with the band and therefore, unless you hear it directly from us, we’re not doing them.

falco”

We’re waiting to hear back for definite either way from either record company or PR, but it’s all very interesting to watch unfold. Communication Cucumber?
