  • DOWNLOAD: Field Music - Measure

    Sick of the indie-band format (you and me both, kid) Field Music went on a three-year hiatus after capping off their last show with Deerhoof in 2007. Solo projects do what they do during such a period—abound. Marimba affairs and murder-mystery themed records lush with postpunk and postrock gave way to the band’s resurgence, two new members for the brothers Brewis, and now a double album slated to drop February 16, with a smattering of tour dates. Below, “Measure” is an intricately-crafted gem.
