NEILS CHILDREN (Southend/London)
It's been a quiet time for Neils Children and over two years since they last played for Artrocker and their 'I Hate Models' 7" single.

Now with a changed lineup, more melodic sense but the same artful and angsty attack they are back with new songs and new label. Their last single was a frantic reworking of Pink Floyd's 'Lucifer Sam' and that very English Psychedelic sound remains alongside the love of post-punk aggitators Gang of Four, PIL and Josef K.

New Single is 'You Didn't Care' on 30:30 Records (home of Kubichek) and was the first thing recorded for forthcoming album 'Pop:Aural' their proper debut to place them firmly alongside fellow Southend rockers The Horrors at the spearhead of something of an Essex scene.
