Real Estate[1] is a psychedelic surf pop band hailing from Ridgewood, New Jersey now rooted in Brooklyn, N.Y. Their first full length album was rated 8.5 and given the coveted title of Best New Music (BNM) by the influential indie music review website Pitchfork Media.[2]
